About your host, Patrice

Growing up, I enjoyed watching my mom and dad prepare authentic Jamaican food. Our cuisine and culture are both spicy and full of flavor. I always saw my parents being hospitable. I just love the art of arranging table-settling, and plating food. But mostly I love seeing others enjoy good food and laughter.
What we'll do

Enjoy some island favorites, prepared for you by a retired hotel chef. Relax with a waterfall as the evening's backdrop, under the stars. Feel like you've been whisked away on a quick trip to Jamaica. Sit by the bar sipping a cool drink, or by the chef's kitchen, watching him prepare the meal. If you prefer a more private setting, you can dine by the Koi pond for the evening. Anywhere you choose, won't disappoint. It'll be an evening of good food and good company!
