Description
The Space
There is one big bedroom with a double bed and also a pull-out sofa bed in the large living room. The bedroom is very quiet and opens directly to the large garden-facing balcony. This terrace is the perfect place to relax or to enjoy your home-made dinner with a glass of Rosé. From the fully equipped kitchen you also access directly the main balcony. On the small balcony in the living room you can enjoy your morning coffee with a sea view. The spacious bathroom has a full bathtub with shower. There is ample storage space in all rooms.
Interaction with Guests
Always available by email or WhatsApp. There will be someone to welcome you and give you the key.
The Neighborhood
The residence is very quiet and just a few steps from the local shops. There is a well-stocked supermarket as well as french bakeries, cafés and food shops. Every day there is the local town market with fresh produce and fish.
If you enjoy walking, take a stroll along the coastal walk toward St. Jean Cap Ferrat or go on a hike all around the Cap Ferrat and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
Getting Around
The train station is just a 5 minute walk away. There you also find a taxi stand. Several bus stops are within minutes. Buses run frequently between Nice and Monaco and cost only 1,70 € per trip. You need to buy a digital bus pass or use the Lignes 'Azur app. The digital bus pass is also available in the newspaper shop (Tabac) in Beaulieu.
