You will have access to the entire apartment plus a private patio, bike storage, and washer/dryer. This is a self check-in unit with smart locks for your convenience.

There is also free off-street parking next to the house.

Our retro-chic bungalow located in the heart of North East Portland is only mins from DT and within walking distance of all the amenities you’ll need. With 3 beds and a spacious lounge, it’s perfect for couples, solo adventurers or families wanting to explore the city. Our bungalow can sleep up to 3 adults and two children. Enjoy beautiful parks, artisan shops, restaurants and markets all at your doorstep.

Interaction with Guests

We are currently serving as need greaters in Cyprus but we love to be hands-on, so we will be available as much as possible. We also have a local brother Aaron, who will assist in making sure you have a wonderful stay!

We'll send you our personalized guidebook with important information about our home, as well as our favorite local recommendations. It’s easy to use, and you can access it from your phone or desktop.

Please keep in mind that our home is an original 1927 Portland Bungalow, so although 90% of the ceilings are 7ft high, there are a couple of spots that are 6'4".

We have also installed extra insulation and sound-proof sheet rock in the ceiling; however, on occasion some sounds can still be heard from upstairs.

There is a bus stop 1/2 a block away and the max light rail station is a 15 min walk.

House Rules

No parties or events
Check in is anytime after 4PM

If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it;
if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.

Quiet times are 11pm - 7am (Mon-Thurs) + 11pm-8am (Sat-Sun)

There is a long term rental tenant that lives upstairs so please be mindful of that by respecting quiet times.

We are required to collect a picture of your photo ID and contact information before your arrival.

We collect at $250 damage deposit which will be refunded within 24 hours of checkout barring any damages.
