This rustic Charmer is in gorgeous Monterey Bay Area in Cali. A cozy guesthouse out in a very private and secluded country setting on our 70 acre ranch and yet only a 10 minute drive to town.It has one semi-private bedroom with a very comfy queen bed!Also available is a Queen size air bed for 1-2 persons to sleep in the living room,plus a twin size Futon that sleeps 1 person! You will love all the beautiful ancient reclaimed Redwood lumber used to craft most of this cabin from floor to ceiling.

The Space

The kitchen is quite accommodating for all your creations featuring a stainless steel fridge and a gas range with oven.
We have a beautiful enameled Furnace for chilly evenings!
We have a stocked Keurig coffee maker, a toaster oven and fully stocked dishware and cookware. You can sit at your kitchen table for your meals or even enjoy the deck overlooking the countryside. The deck has a full length Bar counter to sit at and relax with wine. Plus an outdoor heating stove.
There’s a nice flat-screen TV /DVD Combo to watch movies from our collection!
This cabin makes a lovely setting for small Weddings,Anniversaries & any other special occasions you might come up with .Many of the friends have had numerous Anniversary Parties here and even Honeymoons!We had a small Zoom Wedding here the summer of 2020!

Guest Access

You will have the whole Guesthouse to yourselves!
Plus 70 acres of countryside to walk or hike up our hills above!

Interaction with Guests

We live onsite a few yards away to help with anything you might need or to restock essentials
Or just relax unbothered in our country setting
My husband speaks Spanish for those who do also

Other Things to Note

Our water comes from our own ancient Mountain Spring! So this clear,delicious & untainted water supplies all your faucets,shower etc
It’s the tastiest water ever!
We require a 2 night minimum!

The Neighborhood

Our Kingdom Hall is only 10 minutes from here. Little convenience stores are only 1 or 2 minutes from our Ranch.
And 10 minutes to Watsonville or Salinas for heavier shopping.The huge Gilroy Outlets are only about 15 minutes from us!The San Jose region is only about 35-40 minutes from here for much more shopping & Theater Arts & Plays!

Getting Around

You will really appreciate and enjoy this relaxing and comfortable cabin plus the convenience of being only about 20- 30 minutes to the Monterey Bay region and Big Sur beyond Carmel. We are also about 20- 30 minutes to Santa Cruz with Beautiful Beaches there also. Many nearby wine regions abound as do breweries and restaurants. Historic San Juan Bautista Mission and it’s charming little town is only 10 minutes from our ranch.

Marta and Louis were so kind and hospitable. The cabin was super cozy and comfortable. We really liked the little porch area too, you can sit out there and enjoy your coffee or wine. This place has everything you need. You will love it here!

A friend and I wanted to get out of the heat in Sacramento so we headed to this guesthouse. It was well equipped, had everything we needed including a bottle of wine waiting for us. Marta and her husband were so friendly and helpful. Just sitting on the back porch watching the rabbits or listening to the chickens was relaxing. So happy we were able to find this guesthouse and have. a few days to relax near Monterey.

Sister Marta was very accommodating and hospitable for our spontaneous trip to Carmel and Big Sur. I called the morning of our visit, hoping for availability, and she was quick to respond, she was happy to accommodate a family of 5. She went above and beyond, providing coffee, fresh OJ and breakfast items. She even had fresh laid eggs from her chickens.. We met family “under safe ???? conditions” and they are very encouraging and loving. Only in Jehovah’s organization. We will definitely be back, and she’ll definitely have visitors from Sacramento Russian and Houston Russian Cong. ??????? ??????? Jay and Nastya

We were looking for a place to stay in the Monterey area. We decided to try Brobnb for the first time. We found this wonderful guest house and are very happy that we did. The price was perfect for us. The place is beautiful and very comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet country feel. Marta, Louis, and Marissa were very kind and welcoming. This wonderful place is another example of our wonderful Christian brotherhood. We will definitely check Brobnb first for future trips. Where to begin We initially chose this accommodation because it was close to places we wanted to visit; Monteray, Carmel by the Sea, the Redwood Forest, as well as landmarks along the way. Besides that factor, the price was right. Our decision to stay at the Ramirez’s beautiful cottage made for an amazing trip. Not only did we have easy access to Interstate 101, we thoroughly enjoyed the country side and looked forward to coming back to our little oasis. Upon arrival, everything was perfectly clean. The kitchen was well stocked with coffees and teas and the fridge even had eggs, bacon and bread…The best surprise was a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival. After a long day of traveling, it was much needed and appreciated. The bedding was very comfortable. The weather was beautiful. No humidity. We loved opening the door to the deck in the evening and morning enjoying the breeze and wildlife. Of course, the best part was getting to know new friends who love our Father, Jehovah.

My husband and I had such an enjoyable time here. Louis, Marta & Marissa were AMAZING! They welcomed us like we were family. Jehovah’s organization truly is one big family. This little cabin was so adorable. It was fully stocked with snacks, wine and other food items. They even welcomed our grandkids and Marissa even took our grandson on an ATV ride. We can’t thank you enough dear friends for making us feel so welcome. We can’t wait to go back again. ????.
