Description
The Space
The apartment is semi-attached to the owner's house but is a completely separate space. It is nicely appointed with all the amenities you might need to make your stay enjoyable as well as relaxing. Tiny House has a gas fireplace to warm you in the winter and has vaulted ceilings and lots of windows which makes it bright and airy. In the summer time, the patio is the perfect place to have a BBQ and enjoy a glass of wine. Across the street is access to the Crystal River and just minutes away is access to the Roaring Fork River which features Gold Medal Water.
Interaction with Guests
We appreciate our guest's privacy, so we are out of the way but available if our guests need anything.
Other Things to Note
We require 50% down at the time of booking and the remainder 1 week prior to the arrival date.
Forms of payment: Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay
Cancellation policy: Must cancel within 7 days of arrival.
Because Tiny House is small, large suitcases are not easily accommodated so packing light is recommended.
The Neighborhood
Our neighborhood is quiet, located close to the river, and has lots of beautiful trees. It is an easy 20 min walk to the downtown area of Carbondale.
Getting Around
A car is always recommended however the closest bus stop -RFTA Park and Ride - is a 20 min. walk to and from Tiny House. The BRT runs every 10 min. to Aspen and back.
