The other side of the kitchen has a great work area and now there's a coffee/tea bar where that metal shelving used to be. ( I will upload a more accurate pic in the near future) :D
spacious dining room. tables can be moved into various layouts.
Large dining area can be configurated as you need. Tables are easily moved and collapsible if you need more space for other activities.
Office area. Extra mini- fridge, office supplies, and photocopier / printer.
Me working hard to convert my home into a short term- rental in 2018.
Large media greatroom on 2nd level. Has 3 day beds plus 3 trundle beds. All extra long size to accommodate adults.
Main bathroom is spacious and has a shower. Located on top level beside the 3 bedrooms.
Powder room. (2 piece bathroom.) Located right across from the entrance door.
2 extra- long twin beds in the master bedroom.
Queen sized bed in a private bedroom. Smart tv, armoire, desk.
Double sized bed in a private bedroom. Smart tv, dresser, side table
Spacious back yard. Great for games ! Or relaxing.

Hello my spiritual family! 12 people can sleep in an airy, safe, CLEAN comfort in a home with 3 bedrooms & 4 smart TVs. Each bedroom comfortably accommodates 2 people. Plus a media great room (65” HDTV) for up to 6 extended guests. Master bedroom is the biggest room, and the other 2 are generous size.. You have access to all common areas. Washer / dryer onsite.4 parking spots. Note: my residence is in the basement, but I have a separate entrance. I can assist with errands for an extra fee.

The Space

This lovely house has a back yard. Powerful WIFI, photocopier/printer/ office supplies area. Note there's 3 levels. First main levels has the entrance, 1/2 bath, spacious kitchen, and large dining room with (4 dining tables). Second level houses the media room where there's 3 daybeds and trundle beds underneath. All the twin beds are size Extra- Long. Adults will be comfortable.

Interaction with Guests

I live in the basement, so I am nearby if you have any questions. Or you can send me a text. I will see you at the local Kingdom Hall on Swallow street in Waterloo, in Columbia congregation.

Other Things to Note

Travel light ! Items provided are towels, several robes, shampoo, conditioner, soap, kitchen equipment, kitchen linen, plates, cutlery, glass wear, bed linen, pillows. 4 dining tables and lots of seats! There's also a coffee/tea bar,

The Neighborhood

5 minutes from St. Jacob’s Farmers Market. 5 mins from a Conestoga Mall. 2 min walk to a bus stop. 5 min walk to a top Scrapbooking store. 10 min drive from 2 top Universities. 10 mins from Uptown Waterloo. 5 min drive to Recreation Centre. 5 min drive to Grey Silos Golf course. 5 min drive to BlackBerry headquarters. 10 minute drive from Kingdom Hall.

Getting Around

It’s on a bus line. A car is helpful. Easily accessible by taxis , Uber, bike or Limo.

House Rules

I trust my fellow brothers and sisters. I do have video cameras onsite as I am listed on various other short term rental platforms. I have a long list of rules that just follow common sense. They are typed out and location in the public areas for viewing. {Some of which do not likely apply to my dear brothers and sisters, since you don't smoke, do recreational drugs, are outrageously loud and rude. You don't jump on furniture, nor steal.}
I trust my property will be treated with respect and appreciation. :D
