The Space
Home is in a country setting yet only 5 minutes from highway, and only 10 minutes away from Walmart dining and shopping. And the world's biggest knife monument.
Bowie Kingdom Hall is only 12 minutes away meetings are Tuesday at 7 pm and Sunday at 10 am
If you want to do things in downtown Fort Worth, Dallas, or Wichita Falls we are only 1 hour away from all of the BIG city life.
We believe in offering espectacular prices but expect our guest to take care of the home and furnishings so we can continue to offer these prices to all our brothers and sisters.
We also ask guest to leave home as spotless as they found it so we can continue to avoid charging cleaning fees.
Also we are open to exchange
If you have a home and will like to swap for several weeks or months at a time let us know where and how is the preaching work in your area and we can let you know if we are interested.

The entire home will be available for your enjoyment.

Also we let each guest choose the price they want to pay according to your needs here is the breakdown per night:
3 day minimum required $100/ per night
4-15 day stay $85 per night
16-29 days $65 per night
1 month or more $50 per night
The Neighborhood
Sunset is small, slowly growing little piece of Texas that invites you to leave the stress of the city for the peace and quiet of the country.
Yet you are still close to major expressway to be in near by towns like Bowie, Nocona, Mounster, etc for your enjoyment .

Enjoy German food and pastries in Mounster and so much more in Sunset and surrounding areas.
Decatur is only 20 minutes away and you'll also find many options of dinning, shopping ,etc
Getting Around
You will need a car.
the only things near by walking distance is the post office, fire station, a really good barbecue restaurant and a a dollar general store. 2 Gas stations a little ways more.
