The Space

Other Things to Note
This is Hawaii it is the tropics please be prepared for living like a local of Hawaii. If you prefer to vacation in a hotel please definitely do that. This is not a hotel. And it is not a new house. It has character and its been lovingly updated and cared for and it's clean but it is a simple house in one of the older "historic" rural neighborhoods of kihei. You have to walk down a hill 1 mile to the beach and walk uphill 1 mile from the beach. We recommend a car rental.
All of the guests should be in good standing in the congregation and be able to provide references.
The Neighborhood
One of the oldest neighborhoods in Kihei. Rural setting in a beach town. 1 mike downhill to the beach. Cottage and main house are set on a 1/2 acre. Fully gated and walled for security and privacy. Fruit and flowers growing on property during the season.
Getting Around
1 mile to bus route. Can use Uber or Lyft for pickups. Preferably you rent a car.

Joined in Dec 2021Please read this before messaging me: We are in the Hawaii Pidgin congregation of Kahakai in Kihei, Maui. We've had the privilege of serving in ASL and traveling to help as need greaters in a foreign country. We live upstairs of the main house. Gramma and Aunty live downstairs of the main house. We love drinking coffee, playing in the sun and ocean, and traveling. In the evening we love the sunsets from our lanai and especially with good food and friends. We own a small business. We enjoy walking on the beach and helping in foreign language when we can. We love our life on Maui, we hope you enjoy your time with us.
