Description
The Space
Beautiful full retro Kitchen, large private deck with table and chairs and stairway to back yard. Private entrance out private stairway to back door of garage also. One Queen size murphy bed, Queen size floor mattress in cuddy area (best for youths as crawling in is required). Full-size walk-in shower.
Very friendly Australian Shepherd that loves to play fetch lives in garage beneath you but rarely barks, does love to make new friends however! Contact with him can easily be avoided if desired!
Guest Access
Laundry facilities are available upon request in garage beneath apartment. Hot Tub is available during reasonable hours upon request. Silver Lake Park nearby for walking or morning runs. Our 7 acres are available for short walk in field and woods.
Fire Pit requires owner be notified before any use.

Other Things to Note
We have a very high standard of clean! Therefore, we ask that shoes not be worn in apartment, they can be left at top of stairs or in good weather on rear deck.
Cuddy that has air mattress is more designed for youth or youthful adults who are comfortable crawling into bed. But this does allow more privacy for anyone that prefers not to get woke up easily when the activity starts in main studio.
Getting Around
Silver Lake Park is 2.4 mile/4 minute drive by car (our road is busy and not good to walk or bike on) Park has bike/walking trails, playground and picnic pavilions
Grand Traverse Bay Clinch Park Beach is 7 miles/15 minute drive by car.
Grand Traverse Mall Area 3.7 miles/7 minute drive by car
Center of Downtown Traverse City 7 miles/13 min. by car
Sleeping Bear Dunes Nation Lakeshore Visitors Center 25 miles/31 minutes by car.
