Description
The Space
Kitchen: Fully furnished kitchen with a bistro counter. Extra folding table and chairs for 6 are available.
Bedroom: A mezzanine above the kitchen overlooking the living room. You can enjoy the view of both the front and the back windows. It has a small closet with hangers - the room is roughly 12’ by 16’
Living room: Cathedral celling overlooking the forest. Open the windows to listen to the soothing babbling brook. On a cool night you may enjoy a nice indoor fire.
Bathroom: Enjoy a relaxing shower with rain fall, water fall or jets shower head.
Ground level: Unfinished room with chipboard floor available as an additional private bedroom. (Pictures to come or ask in private for more details). It is only accessible from the outside. The electrical panel is in this room. It also has a confortable queen size bed to sleep in a cooler room in the hot summer days.
Interaction with Guests
We spend so many hours on our devices browsing the internet, watching tv, etc. We give you the opportunity to spend some quality time with your love ones and with nature. That way you can experience a true off the grid vacations!
Rest assure, there’s a way to get cell phone reception. If you drive for about 5min onto the top of Chemin Charles, you’ll be astounded by the view looking at Mont Mégantic…and guess what…. yep, you get cell phone reception there !
So feel free to take a drive and let us know your questions.
Getting Around
Since we’re on a mountain side, the driveway is on a small slope. In the summer time there’s no problem going down or getting back up.

Joined in Aug 2021We’re a couple serving in the Translation department at the Canada Branch. After being invited in as SFTS, we had to sell our home and move closer to the RTO. We bought this little cabin and made some small upgrades to make it available for friends. Hope you’ll enjoy the stay!
