The Space
Small Balcony accessed by patio door off Dining room with view of four majestic Redwood trees and perfect for enjoying morning coffee. The fully functional kitchen is stocked with dishes, cookware and flatware as well as a coffee maker, electric hot water kettle, microwave, toaster and much more. Kitchen has stacked full size washer & dryer hidden in closet. Full bathroom. 1 large Bedroom (large window with light blocking shades) with a super comfortable King bed.
Ex long twin bed in living room doubles as a 2nd sofa but can be made up as bed and supplied with side table and lamp for additional person.
Cozy living room with skylight and Leather Sofa and Love Seat and Cable TV. Dining room with table and 6 chairs and fine china and stemware for that special dinner.
Comfortable well lit desk with high speed wifi is a great spot for working.
Luxury cotton linens are provided along with plenty of towels and basic toiletries.
Guest Access
Upstairs private apartment 950 sq ft. We live in the downstairs part of the house. Separate stairs and Entrance to Apartment off quiet Alley as well as parking for 1 car.
Interaction with Guests
This apartment is quiet and private. Your hosts reside on site and are available to have a drink together outside and visit under the Redwoods, or leave you to privacy whatever you prefer.
Other Things to Note
This is an upstairs apartment. It is located over the garage. The apartment has had special soundproofing added, and it is very quiet but you may hear the garage door opening occasionally.
The Neighborhood
The short walk to town is along the 'Creek Walk' which has stream access or by street. There is a small park across the street.
Small town atmosphere with a lot of charm. Two blocks of Main Street are roped off on weekends for outdoor dining, entertainment and unique shops. Lake Berryessa is a few minutes away and the drive over the hills to Napa Valley is scenic and includes some Wineries with tours. University of California at Davis Campus is minutes away.
The area grows Walnuts and Almonds, with Sunflowers in spring. Wineries and breweries have tasting rooms as well as food.
Kingdom Hall is minutes away in Davis. Closest Assembly Hall is in Fairfield CA a 30 minute drive.
Getting Around
Winters is about 10 miles from Vacaville and Davis. You will need a car. Town is small and flat. We have a couple of bikes you can use for local getting around or walking is easy access.

Artist in watercolor and several other mediums. original art used in decorating apartment. As a host we want our guests to feel welcomed and comfortable. We provide a quiet, soothing space to relax. Beds, kitchen, furniture function well, but are attractive and comfortable. I respect the privacy of guests while still being available to meet needs.
