Separate entrance to a very spacious 2 bed apartment. The master has a king bed with blackout curtains and the 2nd bedroom has a twin/full bunk. The Living room has ample seating and even a full body massage chair. You will be so relaxed here! There is a fully stocked kitchen and dining table and chairs. We run an air purifier between clients.

The upstairs apartment is just over 1,000 square feet and was 90% renovated in October 2022. The bedding and beds are all brand new as is most of the furniture. Both bedrooms come with large closets.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, Keurig w/ k-cups, and cooking basics.
Vents are shut from downstairs, so you can use the newly installed Mini Split heating & Air conditioner to keep the temp to your liking.
We run an air purifier between visits to have it fresh for your stay
**. Please, No smoking, Vaping or drug use in the apartment or anywhere on the property**
Spring and summer months have access to an outdoor seating area (April-Oct)
Guest Access
Guests access the apartment from the alley. You have your own parking for 2 average size cars. The entrance door is marked with a red welcome sign, keyless entry and door mat that says welcome to Paradise Oasis. Once inside the door take the steps up. This is the ONLY way to access the apartment. Please do not book if you are not comfortable with stairs.

We live in the bottom unit and will provide any help you need

A washer and dryer are not noted in the listing. We are happy to share ours upon request from the friends.

Joined in Oct 2022I am a wife and mother of 2. Our most recent and favorite travel was to Seoul, South Korea. My 17 year old daughter and I are current Pioneer Partners in the Castle Rock Congregation in Washington State. To support our pioneering we rent the apartment above our house. The entire apartment was renovated in Oct 2022 with many new furnishings and all new linens and beds.
