This beautiful, clean rental is an entire living quarters consisting of 1,600 square feet. There are two seperate apartments attatched, one being our apartment, the other occupied by my husband's mother, who is also a JW. These units, have shared walls, but no shared spaces. All three have seperate entrances and are fully equipped with a kitchen and bath. The bedrooms are on the second floor. (roll away bed/possibilty on main floor). Also has a washer/dryer, and a large patio with a fire pit.

The Space
Close to shopping, restaurants, hiking, Tourist attractions, the hosts being on property, gives you the ability to have any issues resolved promptly. kid and baby friendly. We supply the far majority of infant - toddler equipment. ( highchair/pack'n' play/toys/babygates ) The outdoor patio is beautiful equipped with a fire pit, and a barbeque grill. The two beds we classified as sofa beds are actually roll away beds. so can be placed where they are needed. The home comes equipped with central air conditioning, high speed internet, roku, and cable. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare meals.
Guest Access
The guests have the Patio exclusively for their enjoyment. 2 to 4 spots outdoor available for parking.
Interaction with Guests
We interact with guests as much as they want. If you want privacy, We will respect your privacy and let you be. If you want someone to show you around the area, we would love to accomodate you, if possible. We enjoy meeting new friends and enjoying the brotherhood, so it is totally up to how comfortable you are as a guest, and what your preferences are. We definitely understand either choice.

our neighborhood is close to everything. A very. active area of town.
Getting Around
There is convenient public transportation, but you may have to walk a little, very little to reach a bus stop.

Joined in Nov 2022My husband, Jachin and I have been offering part of our home as a temporary rental for approximately a year and a half. My husband is a Ministerial Servant and a Pioneer unable to work after having a massive stroke in 2012. He however has always been, and I am sure will continue to be one of the most zealous people I know, even despite his limitations. I have NThis BNB has been our source of income, and a true gift from Jehovah. We have a very small apartment attatched to the rental. This has helped us simplify our life, and allows me to be close by my husband as a caregiver, while still being able work maintaining the rental. We have two grown children. One who lives here in the area and the other in Maddison Wisconsin. We have been Happily married since 1994, and love to travel, as much as possible. we love the tropics and the ocean. We used to be divers before my husbands stroke, but we still love to snorkel. My husband's hobby is wood working, and mine is just about everything else, painting, sewing, cake decorating, redoing furniture, and way to much more. Although most of those I no longer have time for. I still do small projects here and there for enjoyment and relaxation. We are outgoing, and love to meet new friends. We enjoy planning out of the box, fun, and wholesome activities for our congregation. We try to do unassigned territory every year. Now concerning employment history, my husband had his own business prior to his stroke.The business did a variety of things associated with automobile accessories. He really enjoyed the creative aspect of it, and misses it, but not more than being able to Pioneer. He has 13 years under his belt (off and on) of full time service, and me about 5 years, due to being a full time mother with Narcolepsy. I have worked whatever job Jehovah provided at the time. I have been a house painter, Nanny, worked with my husband as an installer, and book keeper, Sold wedding dresses at a local business, house cleaner, l worked in the Medical records department for a hospital. I had a Janitorial business, made wedding cakes out of my home, had a business doing decorative interior painting, tried a small business doing refurbished furniture and antiques, but my favorite was, Regular Pioneering. Now I do Home Health Care for my husband, and run the BNB. I take pride in both, the BNB is super clean, and has lots of little extras. I want guests to feel relaxed and comfortable in the 1,600 square foot rental. There are no shared spaces. We each have our own seperate entrances and exits. I will stop there because I could keep going, and going, and your probably no longer even reading this LONG description. That lets you know about us, and we want to learn about you.
