Can sleep up to 9-10 (kids in double-bunk; futon in sunroom).
Enjoy all seasons, whether Summer (prime-time), Fall, Spring, Winter (excellent snowmobile trails).

Description
The Space
The cabin has three full bedrooms (Queen, Queen, double bunk bed (for a couple or kids), and a sunroom which can section off as a fourth bedroom (double-bed futon).
Fully equiped kitchen, one bathroom, laundry room, deck on front and rear of cabin (with BBQ), wood burning fireplace, fire pit, lakefront dock and deck area (kayaks, canoe, paddle boat). Lake (West Hawk Lake) is pristine (can drink the water!)....swimming, golf, tennis, boat rentals, hiking, biking - you name it. Beautiful lake country - you won't be disappointed!

Perfect for families wanting to get away from city and experience beautiful lake country in Canada. (Convenience store and restaurants within five minute drive. Kenora (Walmart, supermarkets, other large stores) ~ 45 min drive away. Great lake for boating - boat launch two kms away.

Entire cabin and private dock/deck on the water.
If you have a boat, we have a dock on a boat channel to safely overnight your boat each day (no charge), as well as dock on the bay we are on. Boat launch facility is nearby as well.

Other Things to Note
A/C stand-up units in two bedrooms. Ceiling fans in kitchen, Sunroom, and living room. Fire place (wood burning stove), with firewood provided. We provide life jackets, bicycles, snorkeling gear, fishing rods on request.
The Neighborhood
The cabin offers good privacy, both the cabin itself and the dock area. The dock and deck on the lake are in a cove on the east side of the lake, shared by just six other cabins.
West Hawk Lake is a beautiful, clean fresh water lake on the Cambrian shield in Western Canada. we're right on the Manitoba/Ontario border. It is within a provincial park, and the area has many hiking trails and other attractions nearby that provides lots to see and do. West Hawk Lake and nearby Falcon Lake are two of the premier vacation areas in the entire province. One of the nicest golf courses in the province is 10 minutes away by car.
Wildlife in the area include deer (plenty!), black bears, wolves, bald eagles, cranes. And of course if you enjoy fishing, there is plenty of lakes in the area for good fishing.
