About this listing

All new furnishings. Light and bright. Each room comes with a mini fridge with freezer, microwave for heating things up and coffee maker. Outside your sliding door is a lovely seating area with a fire pit. We love the beach community. You have access to a pool, jacuzzi and sauna just steps away from our home. And the beach is just a 3 minute walk away!

We live in the upstairs but provide you with complete privacy downstairs.

We would love to host you!

The Space

There are two bedrooms and one bathroom available.
For up to 2 guests it is $90.00 a night for either the queen bedroom or the 2 twin beds bedroom and that would be a shared bath.
For up to 4 guests using both bedrooms that would include a private bathroom at $180.00 a night.
There is a $25.00 cleaning fee.

What an incredible stay! Diana and Greg are fantastic and very hospitable. Diana is tireless in making our stay enjoyable by all means. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, pleasant, beautifully decorated and simply have everything you need to stay pleasantly accommodated. And there are some treats for guests: coffee maker in the room, regular and sparkling water, chocolates and delicious California wine! Would I stay there again? Of course yes, but this time with more time to enjoy everything!
