The Space

This spacious apartment is comfortable, cozy and clean. Fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, granite countertop and space to eat. Updated bathroom with tub/shower and stacked washer/dryer, Room1; 1 queen bed room 2; 1 full bed with new clean linens. Each room has a smart TV. Living Room with leather sofa and chair to relax with TV. Private entrance and small outside area to enjoy with outdoor furniture to listen to the birds and enjoy the trees. If no other guess are occupying the main house, guess can use the deck above if needed. There are (3) large bedroom in the main house, if you are traveling with other families and brothers . Each bedroom contains a king bed along with (2) full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a walkin closet and private bath. The other bedrooms has spacious closets as well, with a shared bath. a half bath is on the main floor

Guest Access

You will be able to park in the driveway. The walkway is on the left side of the house, well lit and private. The entrance is in the back of the two story house, with lock box access. There are outdoor seating area with table for your own use. Security cameras. Alarm code will be provided with instructions. You can sit on the deck stairs and interact with the birds.

Interaction with Guests

We are need greaters and traveled to different countries. If we are in the country we will be very happy to assist with tours if needed. There will be a number to call with any concerns, if we are traveling should the need arise.. . There may or may not be others in the main house at the time.

The Neighborhood

The Hearthstone subdivision is family oriented and very multicultural. You will see people walking very often with their children or pets. There are well maintained homes with mature landscaping and beautiful in all seasons of the year.

Getting Around

It is about a mile walk to buses that connect to Marta train for travel around the city. Indian Creek and Kensington station has parking. Or you could take Uber , Lyft or a Taxi to the train station.

House Rules

We expect our guests to leave all dirty linens in hampers provided. Broom and dustpan are provided to keep tile floors clean. Dish detergent is provided and sponge and kitchen towels to keep kitchen clean. This is a quiet residential neighborhood so no loud music or noise. If there is any major mishap you can call the number provided. Please note. Absolutely no smoking in or out of the home.
