Beaches 15-20 minutes. Can arrange excursions to many of the interesting places worth seeing in the area. Relax and enjoy.

The Space
The Kingdom Hall is a 5 minute walk away. English, Spanish, Haitian Creole (French base) and a Russian pre-group. A safe area with many condo buildings having each their own security guards. So walking to and from the hall is safe.
Easy stroll down the new ramp to the main pool with its clubhouse. Enjoy the small cold water jacuzzi pool. Walk over to my recommended local restaurants with ample selection for every taste. Or just relax on your balcony. Many options available.
Guest Access
All the grounds are accessibile to hotel/condo/apt guests. This was once an all-inclusive-resort that maintains its hotel charm and feel. The concierge can help with everyday matters. The complex administrator and staff of 15 are available at various times of the day. Including security. Some services available for a fee. Like laundry, drinking water delivery, massage, taxi, motorconcho, and suite cleaning.
Interaction with Guests
I live next door. When I am not here, there are 2 elders living here too. I will help you to climatise to the area. I have extensive experience living in the DR.
Other Things to Note
Being close to Cabarete with the prevailing trade winds for kite surfing gives us a gentle breeze year round. Terraced on a hill this former Swiss built all-inclusive-resort has a charm all its own. When you enter seeing the great pool and waterfalls with manicured grounds carved out of a jungle full of greenery, you can’t be anything but wowed.
The climate causes things to breakdown more often than in colder climates. This suite was restored and painted in February 2023 with new rollers on all sliding doors, new washing machine, new chair padding, new recliner
The Neighborhood
Being in town on a hilltop in the country makes it convenient and exclusive. Many native birds call the area home. With, many condos and hotels in the area it is very safe to walk. The amenities are close by too. Lots of excellent restaurants within walking distance. Taxis at the door or use the local Guaguas and carro publicos to get around on the cheap with the locals. Both Sosua Bay and Playa Alicia are 25 minutes walk away. Tennis, pckleball, surfing, golf, dancing, and so much more await you.
Getting Around
Car rentals, taxis and motoconcho at the door, Guaguas and carro publicos 5 minute walk to the main road. Caribe Tours and Metro Tours National bus lines both serve Sosua. Private cars with drivers will take you anywhere on the island and back. Short flights are also available.
