The Space
Your group of 12 will have plenty of space to gather or tuck away and get some quiet time if needed. Enjoy luxury hotel quality linens and king size beds in almost every room (4th bedroom with 2 single beds can be converted to king size upon request), as well as Public Goods body & hair care products supplied for every guest. Everyone will love listening to our collection of vinyl records or playing the XBOX game console! Stay in and cook up a feast on our deluxe bbq grill on the back deck.
The house is very centrally located to many sites and activities to keep you busy! Tons of ATV and mountain bike trails nearby as well! The quaint town of Williams is just a short bike ride away. The Grand Canyon Railway is just 1.5 miles from the property!
The "Grand Basecamp" is close to Grand Canyon National Park, Sedona, Flagstaff and so much more! World class hunting and fishing and golfing nearby. as well as tons of ATV and mountain bike trails! The quaint town of Williams with all its neon glory is just a short bike ride away. The Grand Canyon Railway is just 1.5 miles away! Enjoy a quiet romantic getaway or an activity-filled adventure!

The Neighborhood
Your Arizona basecamp is located in a quiet neighborhood in the quaint western town of Williams, "The Gateway to the Grand Canyon". The home sits on half an acre with a fully fenced backyard for privacy. There are no directly adjacent neighbors with and empty lot on one side and an end of road culd-sac on the other. Located behind the property is The Canyon RV park. Catty-cornered is the Kaibab National Forest which offer gorgeous view of the ponderosa pine covered mountains from the backyard.
