The Space
New building with elevator and earthquake resistant.
Daylight comes in and it feels intimate to be in it.
Each room has air conditioners to make you really comfortable on hot summer days. There is also a heating system.
A large terrace that you can use in summer makes you feel comfortable.
The kitchen and bathroom and other parts of the apartment are new. Because this is a newly built building.
A kitchen with the necessary equipment, stove, refrigerator, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster etc. are available.
Hot water/shower, hair dryer and hand soap, toilet paper etc. bathroom with all necessary equipment.
Living room with a large sofa and a single chair with a center table. Free NETFLIX,AMAZON PRIME smart TV.
Dining area with table for two connected in the middle of the kitchen and living room.
2 bedrooms with very comfortable double bed (1.40 cm x 2.00 cm and 1.60 cm x 2.00 cm) wardrobe and matching furniture.
1 large sofa in the living room.There is a washing machine in the bathroom. There is also a drying rack, iron and ironing board for your laundry.
Fast wireless ADSL internet (unlimited).
I provide sheets, bath and hand towels for each stay.
The flat is 150 sq.
Guest Access
The guests will have the entire flat for their use. In the flat, there are all the amenities there should be in a decent house. Such as: washing machine, kettle, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, hanger, stove, clean sheets, linens and towels and other facilities. Also the wireless internet is reliable and unlimited.
