Numerous fishing charters and sailboat cruises are available from Clear Lake and Galveston Bay. I am happy to help arrange these activities for you.
There is also an office nook with dedicated desk and chair with reliable high-speed Wi-fi and ethernet connection and a full size Washer & Dryer is in the home.
The full size bathroom includes a waterfall faucet in the sink and the slate tiled tub and shower. Plush towels, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries provided.
The porches also have seating for lounging and dining and are well lighted.
The fenced backyard with grass lawn is inviting for pets and children. Outdoor games and binoculars provided for our guest use.
San Leon is a Peninsula....so the water is all around! San Leon offers several famous waterfront restaurants with outdoor dining and fresh from the boat Texas seafood prepared as you order. Check out our guidebook for a full description.

Interaction with Guests
We live in a neighboring town and can always be reached by phone or email. My husband and I are also long time residents of the Clear Lake/Space Center area. I am an accomplished photographer/artist with 2 published books on the history of the area. They can be found on Amazon under Images of America, Seabrook and Around Clear Lake. We are happy to provide tours of the area about photo opportunities, nature, history and attractions. Inquire with your interest and we will get back with you with some suggestions.
Other Things to Note
You will easily find our cottage to be relaxing and quiet either for your staycation, vacation or work from home workation. Our place is locally owned by artist Ruth Burke and her husband and daughters. Also of note are the UTMB, M.D. Anderson and Methodist Hospital medical centers that are within a few miles.
