Come enjoy a variety of ocean activities and horseback riding or stay in and enjoy a relaxing day by the pool and watch the gorgeous sunset. Just 10 min. to spanish and 15 min. to the english congregations. Supermarket within walking distance; Pickup/drop from airport is included by an authorized taxi driver (brother). Description
The Space
The only great spot in Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo geared towards a long-stay. Fully furnished and ready for you! Our upstairs 2-bedroom private unit has awesome views and sunsets that you will never forget. It has amenities you won't get in other places to make your stay comfortable. It's max 20 minute drive to the 2 closest beaches but no farther than 30 minutes to the others. Come and get recharged by the sun!
Guest Access
Although we have more than one unit on the property, the public spaces like the parking and pool are all yours. Park inside the gate and be 5 feet from your door. Our on-site manager (Lazaro) and his wife are there to ensure you enjoy your stay and answer any questions you might have about local activities, meetings and other events. As well they will hand you your keys for the duration of your stay.
Interaction with Guests
Lazaro & Evileny are there to see to your comfort and get you settled in upon arrival. Then you will have Lazaro's phone number (contact via WhatsApp) for any future communications or requests.

The Neighborhood
Unlike the hotels & bed n breakfasts around, this is a private location and you are the only vacationers. Our neighborhood is quite and small. No noisy vendors, etc...maybe a barking neighbor dog. It's quiet and close to everything.
Getting Around
Upon your arrival or even before you can make plans to not rent a car & request a private driver. Rainier is a brother, always available and very reliable, ready to make arrangements for your stay. He also knows other brothers who are taxi drivers and willing to drive for you should you have a larger group.

Joined in Jul 2023Hi! We are empty-nesters with a total of 53 years baptized between the 2 of us. Maira is enjoying pioneering too! We love our home here in Washington, but we also love traveling to Zihua-Ixtapa to visit our families n eat the foods we miss. That is why we have built a new duplex so that you too may enjoy the beauty of creation in the comforts of your own private space. We are so happy you can come!
