Description
The Space
The site is called Forest Golf Beach Residence. It is near a village called Esentepe where there are numerous local restaurants and small supermarkets. The site has three large swimming pools as well as baby pools. The largest pool is just in front of our apartment. There is also a BBQ available on the back verandah should you wish to use it. There are two bedrooms a queen in one room which also has an en-suite and two single bed that can be pushed together if needed. There is a large open kitchen and living area with huge patio doors that open up to a balcony where you can eat and catch the most beautiful sunsets. The ocean is a short walk from the apartment.
Guest Access
The apartment has Cable TV for movies news and sports (SKY TV) and all UK TV Channels. There is also an Alexa Dot for your musical needs. :)
Interaction with Guests
We live next door so are always available should you have any questions. We are also on WhatsApp should you need to check on anything before you arrive.
Other Things to Note
Salamis (where Paul & Barnabus docked Acts 13:5) has amazing old ruins that you can walk around as well as an impressive Amphitheatre. It is an hour drive away and 15 minutes from Famagusta an old port city which has some open air markets and where you can walk through the very interesting old streets.
Releasing the turtles at Alagadi beach is lots of fun... see the video!
There is a Waterpark attached to Acapulco Hotel about 20 minutes away which is a kids favourite.
Karpaz and feeding wild donkeys is also just an hour up the pan handle... a three mile stretch of Golden Beach is a must visit too.
Getting Around
You can hire taxis but their frequency is not always reliable. There is a bus service every hour into Kyrenia. You simply stand on the roadside and flag it down.

Joined in Jun 2023A need greater couple having a very happy time here where it really is The Best Life Ever in TRNC (Turkish Republic North Cyprus) with Lizzy my wife. We were need greaters in Hong Kong then missionaries in Sri Lanka & Italy. Now both RP here. Come and taste life where Barnabus came from!
