this is a single house located in Mt Airy neighborhood of Philadelphia. I am renting out 1 bedroom for a single person or a couple. Our kingdom hall is 15 minutes away but an English Cong is walkable for about 8 minutes. City downtown is 30 minutes and, 30 minutes to the Airport. I can also provide Asian/continental breakfast and Dinner if requested.

Description
The Space
The house is located in a quiet small street in Philadelphia suburb. You can park your car at the driveway. We are only 3 -member of a family living in this house with 4 bedrooms. So to help brothers in need of accommodation while in the Philly area I’m offering one bed room and one bathroom to be used. Two bedroom to choose from. Please see photos. I can also offer some places to visit while you are in the area. Meetings in our hall are Tuesdays @7:30 and Sundays @10AM. We are in a foreign language congregation so if you are interested or curious of our culture you are free to join on those days I mentioned.
Guest Access
I can have keys for you for the main door. I have two kids that can also help you when you need to carry heavy stuff.
Interaction with Guests
I usually find a time to tour the friends from other places who would like to explore areas in Philly. I am not an expert but I can show you the popular ones.
Other Things to Note
Our house is quiet, two boys are with me. They are both very spiritual young men. And I’ve been serving as their father soon as my physical brother passed away in 2013. If you are ok with young men then h you will enjoy your association with us.
The Neighborhood
Our street is small and quiet, most people living in our street are retired and old folks. They are nice. You can hear some noises but not loud. So if you are looking for a place not too city and not too county then our small living area in our house is a good place for you to stay.
Getting Around
We have buses available in our area to go to the downtown/city proper. My son can always help you with this. We are not far from Asian/Korean restaurants, grocery shopping center, and pharmacies. Many walking trails in our are too.
