The Neighborhood

We are in the east end if St Thomas. The neighborhood is unique, quiet and safe. We are just a mile away from some beautiful beaches, as well as restaurants and the ferry to St John.

HOUSE RULES

WE HAVE JUST A FEW HOUSE RULES. We know you are in vacation:

As hosts, we wish to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our goal is to help our guests create positive memories in our beautiful Island. Consequently, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these simple rules. If for any reason you may feel that the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, have the option of cancelling the booking. Thank you in advance, we appreciate your cooperation!

• Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

• Only registered guests are permitted (all guests must be register before arriving). We can only accommodate a maximum of 3 guests.

• Trash policy. – Please remove your own trash by taking it to the dumpster located in the main road.

• NO pets are permitted.

• ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind inside, outside, or anywhere around the home. GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY IF YOU IGNORE OUR “NO SMOKING” RULE.

• PLEASE rinse your dishes after use before putting them in dishwasher. No dirty dishes should be left overnight in the sink.

• PARKING: Please only park on your assigned parking area.

• We have added some beach essentials for our guests use. Please clean and return them to their rightful places at the end of your stay.

• Feel free to relax on the deck that is set up for our guests’ leisure use only. if you use the grill, please make sure to clean it after each use.

• Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’ discretion to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

• No parties or events are permitted.

• If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind (including marijuana), the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

• Last of all, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, and is also our home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (We will truly appreciate your most respect for our property and our things)
