The fridge has been cleverly hidden behind the cabinets. It comes with a freezer and plastic containers for left overs.
The kitchen counter is compact but has a cutting board for food prep.
What an ingenious idea! The drying rack for dishes is hidden away above the sink in the cabinet!

About this listing

The penthouse is located in the Southern region of Italy called Calabria. It is a sunny beach, tourist town with lots of shopping, sites such as caves, beaches, rafting, architecture and authentic Italian food. It is 5 minutes from the train station, Right in the heart of shopping, restaurants and groceries.
It has no lift and four flights of stairs.
The kingdom hall is located in Grisolia. It is 20 minutes by train, but is in a rural, muddy area. The brothers will give a lift.

The Space

The apartment is a penthouse on the top floor. It is completely private and there are no shared spaces. There are no neighbors beside you except for 1 person. The penthouse has cathedral ceilings and has been completely renovated. It has all amenities including coffee machine and air conditioning.

Guest Access

The apartment is completely available for your enjoyment.

Interaction with Guests

I am available all day and by videophone. I also have a local property manager on hand for emergencies. There are also local brothers just a phone call away if spiritual assistance is needed.

Other Things to Note

The apartment has no lift and is situated on the 5th floor so be prepared to climb 5 flights of stairs.

The Neighborhood

The penthouse is situated in the perfect location. The train station is straight ahead and is only a 5 minute walk away. The shops are directly in front of the apartment entrance and the beach is ahead by only 10 minutes. The grocery shop is only 6 minutes away on foot and the many restaurants are walkable.

Getting Around

There is free parking on site. A car rental is possible with a local agency. Walking on foot is possible so a car is not necessary.

House Rules

Please do not wear shoes in the penthouse. The carpets and floors are clean. Bring slippers if you must.
Kindly turn off the air conditioning when you leave the penthouse and turn off the lights as running costs are very high.
Empty the air conditioning buckets located on the balcony every few days as they fill up quickly. Empty in bathroom only. Thank you.
No loud music or TV after 9:00
All laundry can be placed in the laundry hamper.
The rubbish ( small quantities) must be emptied every day according to plastics/organics/cardboard/glass. There is a sign showing the schedule. The rubbish can be added to the mini rubbish bins on the left side of the building entrance every morning.
