Upstairs, my husband and I live full time.
Great ski accommodation, Diamond peak is half a mile. Northstar is 20 mins. Kingdom Hall at Tahoe City 30 mins. .Reno airport.30 mins. Amazing summer retreat with paddle boards beach equipment ready to use. Incline Village has some of the best mountain biking/ hiking in the world.

Description
The Space
Newly renovated apartment has everything you need. Multiple sets of sheets, comforters towels with a gas heater. Dishwasher, airfryer, convection appliance, large fridge and freezer induction stove. Please note there is no oven.
Guest Access
Guest will walk down six stairs to a path to the apartment door, which has a very large decking out the front. There is no keys. It is a keypad entry.
Interaction with Guests
I can interact with you as much as you need through text message, apart from seeing you in the parking lot, we won’t get to see you as the entrance is on the other side of our home.
The Neighborhood
Incline village is a very safe neighbourhood, this house is a part of 40 condominiums that have strict noise rules. It is a place to escape to a quiet retreat, not a party house. We also have bears frequent in the property which is very exciting!
Getting Around
There is no public transport of any kind here in the mountains. This apartment has one car space only.
