Description
The Space
The house has 3 separate bedrooms on the upper level and two full bathrooms. One bedroom has a Murphy bed and can be converted into an office space. All 3 bedrooms have a beautiful river view and have curtains for privacy. All bedrooms have their own tv.
The main floor has an updated spanish tiled kitchen with all the necessary appliances including an air fryer and all the coffee machines you can dream of.
The kitchen overlooks the patio where you can grill some meat or vegetables.
Next to the kitchen is an independent laundry area.
A cozy breakfast nook is found beside the kitchen leading to a dining room and living room. The living room sofa can be an extra bed for 1 person.
The living room is super cozy with it’s gas fireplace and large tv. You can enjoy TVMagis there with hundred of channels in different languages.
On sunny days you can decide to eat outside on the patio or lounge around in the hammock and long chairs.
The garden is super cute and has one spot for a vehicle.

We are available throughout the app for any questions or concerns between reasonable hours (8am-8pm).

Early check-in fee:
Early check-in may be possible upon request and depending on availability at 10am for an extra 20$
Extra cleaning fee:
If the checkout instructions are not followed, an extra 25$ cleaning fee will be charged.
The Neighborhood
The neighborhood is considered safe and quiet. Many foreigners have chosen by live in this area for that reason. Walking by the Tomebamba river can take you all the way downtown.
Getting Around
The best way to get around is to download the Azutaxi app, this way you can order a taxi right to your door. You can also choose to grab one off the main street of Ordoñez Lasso, 1 block away.
