The Space
The apartment is completely private. There are two bedrooms and a jack and Jill bathroom, a living room, and a kitchenette.
Both bedrooms have walk-in closets.
The king bedroom also has an electric fireplace.
Guest Access
The downstairs are where my husband and I live. The backyard and deck are also our private area.
We have parking for one car on the driveway and also street parking.
We have security lights on the driveway and also a security system in the house.
The apartment has a keyless entrance.
We have cable TV with Netflix, Roku, Hulu, Disney+, and prime TV

Other Things to Note
We have two senior, Yorkies, big Jake, and Miss Lily. While they mostly stay in our room and sleep, they will bark if the doorbell rings, guest arrive, or when excited to go outside, they are never allowed upstairs in the apartment.

Joined in Feb 2022My husband and I are an older couple in the Durham East North Carolina congregation. We are fourth generation witnesses. We have three children and six grandchildren. We enjoy traveling both as a couple and a family.
