The Space
Large, upstairs 2-bedroom, 1 full bath with kitchen and comfortable, airy sunroom as well as spacious living room with 2 sofa sleepers so the unit can fit 8. Private back entrance with plenty of parking on quiet, dead-end street. Flat screen TVs with cable and internet access. Bar-B-Que grill as well. You can walk to the beach or grab an Uber to save $$$ on parking since we are only 6 1/2 blocks from the beach! We live in the middle of our territory so you can join our congregation, if you wish, for meetings and field service!

Plenty of parking in front of property. Your last 4 digits of cell phone will be the entry code.
Interaction with Guests
We live downstairs, available 24/7 yet will respect your privacy since we share the same busy, daily lifestyle and are, like you when home, involved in many different activities. We want you to share the same peaceful surroundings we have had as a family, generations going back to 1968. It is a quiet, family neighborhood, rare in these times, yet a walk away from the fun of a bustling resort area!

We will work with you on your entry and can come earlier than required time depending on timing of previous guests.
The Neighborhood
Our family has lived in this neighborhood since 1968. We love the family atmosphere. Everyone waves at each other and there is just one street in and out of where we live, so privacy and quietness is there, which you will appreciate as you settle in!
Getting Around
Short walk to the Boardwalk and beach. Uber, Lyft available. Bring your bikes! They’ll come in handy! Restaurants, breweries and lots of shopping nearby.

Joined in Jan 2024Married 45 years. Family has lived in this home since 1968. Both baptized in the 70's. We love the daily interaction with the best people in the world, Jehovah's servants! We have been taking care of my aged parents until their recent passing and have decided to utilize the full renovated upstairs into a private residence for an Airbnb.
