Navarre pier is the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico! Take a stroll and see all kinds of fish, dolphins and sea turtles. You are also able to buy pier fishing passes for the day.

There is a TV mounted on the wall in front of the bed. There are lamps on each side and charging pods for each side of the bed.
No cheap soap or toilet paper here! If I wouldn’t use it, I won’t give it to you! Mrs. Meyers hand soap, coconut bath wash, nice white bath towels, makeup towels and double roll toilet paper.
Coffee station with fridge and microwave
Little breakfast nook to enjoy your coffee while you plan the day! There is a plug near by if you need to use it for a work station as well.
Comfy chairs for the TV and we have poofs for under your feet.
Roku TV and a real plant. The hand painted sea turtles are by a talented sister in our congregation :-)
Soft Turkish Beach towels for your beach days. You’ll love how fast they dry!
Once you enter the home’s front door the apartment’s yellow door will be to your immediate left.
Enjoy perfect days on our white sand beaches with clear emerald water!
Navarre Beach has several public restroom and shower pavilions on the beach. No fees for parking either! This location is less than 3 miles from the apartment and is about a ten minute
It’s really is the most relaxing place

New to Brobnb but not hosting! We have 5 stars on another site. You’ll love staying in our studio guest apartment! Private entrance/space, comfortable and clean.
We are two and a half miles from the beautiful beaches and snorkeling reefs.
Enjoy seeing the sea life at the Navarre Pier. You could see sting rays, sea turtles, dolphins, a variety of fish and more!
We love it so much we decided to move here and now we are hosting so you can enjoy it too! The sun, sand and water are waiting :-)

The Space

We created this studio apartment for friends and family, then we decided to share it as a rental so everything is new and very nice. This studio apartment has 2 rooms and 1 full bathroom. It’s in a very safe neighborhood (mid class, families, 400k homes) and it’s an extremely clean 300 sq ft studio apartment. With all rooms combined it would be the size of a nice hotel room for normal areas...or a really large space for New York City, LOL! Seriously though, it's just perfect for 2 people and it's not your average rental! You will get the same soft sheets, bedding, towels, care, and attention we give our friends and family because we love to spoil our guests and we have faith you will treat our home and items kindly.

FRONT ROOM:
Chairs, pouf footrests, smart tv (simply sign into your streaming accounts) WiFi, stainless steel microwave, stainless steel apartment fridge (no sink or place to cook-think of a hotel set up), Keurig, granite bistro table, ceiling fan.

BATHROOM:
Marble sink, fresh towels, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer.

BEDROOM:
Queen size bed, smart tv (simply sign into your streaming accounts), closet, small dresser inside closet, hangers, luggage rack, reading lamps, charging pod on both sides of the bed, ceiling fan

Guest Access

The home is set up like a duplex with a shared entry, solid core doors and added soundproof walls leading to separate apartments. One of the photos shows the yellow studio apartment entry door inside that shared entry. An access code will be provided via email and or text 24 hours before check in. We have contactless hosting service whereby you will be provided with a code to enter the house and you can call us if you need anything else. Our guest’s health is at the center of our focus and we ensure the apartment is sanitized before your arrival with all bedding and towels washed. We thank you in advance for doing your best to keep the studio apartment clean as well. We know you’ll enjoy your stay!

Interaction with Guests

We are here if you need us! We want you to have a wonderful stay so we won't bother you, however, we do want you to have anything you need so just let us know if there is anything you need and we'll do our best to get it to you :-)

Other Things to Note

EXTRAS: We do not want to cram a cozy space with items you may not need but we want you to be happy and love your visit! We live in the other apartment (the coral door in the photo) so just contact us for anything you need and we’ll set it outside your door. Walmart is nearby but we always want you to feel like you have a friend to borrow from when you are here!
*We have central heat and air but we also know everyone’s comfort level is different, so we have installed a window AC in the main living room. In addition to that we have a portable heater and fan in the bedroom closet.

The Neighborhood

Very safe, family subdivision! Kids play in the street so please drive slowly.

Getting Around

We are less than three miles from the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. There is no public transportation so you will need a car or you can Uber around.

We live close to the beach and love it! We marvel every day at Jehovah's creations. We love to host our friends and have a small apartment for friends to stay when they visit. We rent the apartment out in between our friends to supplement out full time service. It's truly been a blessing to have it!
