Swimming Pool - On the roof facing the beach. I found this to be nice.
Beachfront - You just go out the doors, cross over boardwalk, and beach is right there.
Parking Garage - makes me feel at ease car is covered and better protected.
There's a diner, My Friend Diner, in the building, right before going to beach. The breakfast is delicious! Since you are on the boardwalk there are many places to eat and the rides are nearby as well.

The Space
Studio unit space. The kitchenette is just the right fit. Electric small stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster. Big bathroom with a huge spaced shower (no tub). The decor is modern.
Guest Access
The whole studio unit. All the amenities provided by resort.
Interaction with Guests
I will be available throughout your stay. I'm either a phone call away or I can meet you there. I live a little over an hour away.
Other Things to Note
Unfortunately this place is not pet friendly.
The Neighborhood
What I like about the area is that everything is pretty close enough to walk. The Outlet Stores are about a 15 minute walk.
The boardwalk also has amenities that can be used. Like renting bikes or even the shuttle.
Getting Around
You can call for an Uber or some public transportation of the like to get around.
