It features a 30'x30' rooftop balcony, large back patio, and huge back yard with lawn, orchard, garden. Wild life graze & pass through almost daily. It is truly a preview of paradise!

The Space
My 4 bedroom, 2 bath 2,100 sq ft home is clean, comfy, & the views of Sedona's red rocks out the front & side windows are spectacular. The 30' x 30' upstairs balcony with fire pit for eating & lounging has an even better panoramic view of the red rocks. The new large back patio, with several seating areas, is great for grilling, eating, & at times watching the friendly wildlife enjoy the back yard lawn & orchard. The covered front porch has seating for four & with a view.
Guest Access
You will have access to the entire house and one garage. There is a lock box on the front porch with a key inside.
Interaction with Guests
I will be within one hour away from the property & accessible with email, text messages or phone calls.
Other Things to Note
There are two short front porch steps to enter & a flat back patio access. Bedroom #4 is also an office & laundry room.
The Neighborhood
This is a beautiful, quiet neighborhood located in the Village of Oak Creek, only minutes from the hub of Sedona. Three golf courses, Clark's Market, shopping, gas stations, hiking & biking trails are all within 5 minutes away.
