One room with a Queen Bed and the other room with 2 Twin Beds for flexible sleeping arrangements plus a pullout sleeper sofa bed complete with mattress topper and beddings for 2 extra guests.
To add utmost comfort you have an electric radiant floor heating to keep the floor warm and also additional electric baseboard heaters for fast heating if needed.
Since this is a legal basement suite, you don't have to worry about AC in the summer time, the suite is always cool in the summer time.

To use the electric baseboard heaters, turn the dial setting from 1-10 to select desired heating setting on each individual baseboard heaters located in each rooms.
