The Space
Welcome to our home in Foz do Iguacu!
This beautiful 2-bedroom family house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood called Parque Ouro Verde, just minutes from downtown and close to major tourist attractions such as the Three Borders Landmark and the Iguaçu Falls. It also has easy access to Shopping Cutuai and other local shops, pharmacies, and gas stations. There are also two Kingdom Halls 5 minutes away to enjoy the meetings with the local brothers! ;D
It is accessible through a secure gate, where there is a large enough parking lot to accommodate up to two vehicles. The house has TOTAL PRIVACY and its own private entrance so you can come and go as you please.
The house features a modern boho decoration, with handmade details made by ourselves, with plenty of natural light in the living room. The rooms and living room are equipped with LG DUAL INVERTER air conditioners to maintain a comfortable temperature during your stay. It also has high-speed fiber optic internet (500 MB!) and WiFi6 certification so you can work or browse the web with ease.
The beds are new and hotel-quality, KING and QUEEN size with "pocket" springs for greater support and comfort, and already come equipped with all the necessary bed and bath linens. The living room features a large sofa and a 4K Xiaomi SmartTV, perfect for enjoying your favorite content on Netflix, Youtube, Amazon, and other apps.
The house is fully equipped with a modern kitchen with a stove, microwave, and other appliances. The dining table can accommodate up to 6-8 people with ease to enjoy a family or friends dinner.
In addition, the neighborhood has a supermarket just 100 meters away, as well as other regional food places and services for your convenience. We also offer a free transfer from the airport if you stay for more than 15 days.
We are located in a residential neighborhood called PARQUE OURO VERDE, surrounded by trees and friendly neighbors. The city center is just minutes away by car or bus. You'll have an easy two-block walk to Supermarket "Amigao", gas station, pharmacy, and fast food places (burgers and pizzas). The neighborhood also has the new Shopping Catuai that opened 2 years ago. It is worth noting that the neighborhood is very safe for walking and strolling. We are even a few blocks away from the Brazilian Military Police headquarters, which provides greater security to the neighborhood.
Since we are located in the middle of a residential community (and we greatly appreciate our neighbors), keeping outdoor noise to a minimum is very important. If you are a fan of loud music and noisy parties, this place is NOT appropriate!

Interaction with Guests
Private and cozy. We give total privacy to the guests, but we are available at any time for any questions you may have. As we work in the tourism sector, we can arrange transportation or tours in the city.

We remind you that for the experience to be a success, 50% depends on us and our home, but the other 50% depends on you as brothers! Want you to fell at home and enjoy the blessed brotherhood!
The Neighborhood
This neighborhood is within a region called PORTO MEIRA. And this region is very important for two reasons. First, the debt that Foz do Iguaçu has with this region is unpayable. The city started here. The meeting of the two rivers (Iguaçu and Paraná) takes place here. From here the city gained the name. The Three Border Landmark. The “Espacio de las Américas” is here. Here is the real "Tres Fronteras" between Porto Meira, Porto Franco and Porto Iguazú.
Second, even today, in the international roads and highways maps that Argentines buy in Buenos Aires, Porto Meira appears. I think Puerto Meira is the only neighborhood in Brazil that appears on international maps.
Getting Around
