The Neighborhood
This is a very multicultural and friendly neighbourhood. 2 min walk from local shops, convenience stores, fast food take aways and restaurants. There are also local supermarkets, fresh fruit and vegetable stalls should you wish to cook your own meals and stock the fridge with foods you prefer. 5 to 10 min walk and you will be in the Welsh Harp Nature reserve, a peaceful area with a lake and Bird reserve. Natural wildlife and fauna abound here for restful strolls with space also for picnics and playing fields if you would like to go for a run and some exercise. A short bus ride or a 10 to 15 min walk will also bring you to the large and modern indoor Brent Cross shopping mall. Here you will find trendy stores to satisfy every taste along with coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques. 1.5 miles away is the beautiful and Historical Gladstone Park ( Mark Twain once stayed here as a guest of the then british prime minister William Gladstone who lived here and whom the park is named after ) with rolling hills and over 12 recently refurbished new Tennis courts. So should you wish to stay local there is more than enough to keep you occupied and entertained.
Getting Around
Very close to trains , tube station and buses to central London and Airports. 5 min from M1 so easy to find by car. Private secure car park and spaces for up to 2 vehicles.

Joined in Apr 2023I am a bubbly hospitable spiritually progressive Pioneer and Servant . I love associating and making new friends, meaningful encouraging conversation, food, live music ,singing sc-fi and reading. Oh yes and sports. I wish I could have a Dog but my lifestyle doesnt permit it ( for now) I love to travel and have served where the need is great in several countries which is my passion. I also help on local building projects and commute to bethel on special projects. London can be expensive as a single brother and it is a shame to allow my flat to lie dormant whilst travelling to assigned territories for ministry. I view offering my flat as a way to help finance the cost of maintaining my flat whilst serving here or abroad, at the same time making comfortable accomadation available to my visiting brothers and sisters. As a host I want you to be as comfortable as possible and I love my city so whilst here I am more than happy to show you around introduce you to fellow JW's and make recommendations. In fact im always being encouraged to start my own london tours company so....well that ones in the pipeline. My life motto is to promote our heavenly Father whilst enjoying and sharing the gifts that he blesses us with. Doing so in A way that expresses a Joy for life.
