The Space
The backyard features a canal waterfront and there is also a pool. For children's safety reasons, we prefer to rent only to adults.
Guest Access
This apartment is attached to my parent's home, it has a private side entrance.
The deck in the backyard is available for your enjoyment. The pool is not part of the rental, however on a case-by-case basis, if requested during the stay it may be available for use at specific times.
Interaction with Guests
My parents live on site and would be happy to provide you with information needed. They are very friendly however respect your privacy so you are welcome to interact as much or as little as you like.
I’m not too far way, available afternoons and weekends if you would like a tour of the best spots Miami has to offer or need any help planning your stay.

I'm Sunen, born and raised in Miami, and I love traveling and meeting new friends. My parents, Sonia and Hilder, have been happily married for 40 years. They are both pioneers, and my dad serves as an Elder in our Spanish congregation. They are incredibly hospitable and love hosting fellow believers. This apartment, previously home to my brother and sister-in-law who now serve in Patterson, offers stunning views and a central location. Whether you're visiting for relaxation or to explore Miami's vibrant culture, we welcome you to our home with open arms. As your host, I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment.
