The Space

As you enter, you'll find a fully
remodeled kitchen with black cabinets and gold accents.

The living room features a lovely
CB2 boucle couch, a cozy leather chair, mid-century accents, plus a 1/2 bath with a 32" floating sink with gold accents.

Upstairs, you'll find both bedrooms and a full bath featuring the original 1970's bath tub, new toilet, a new vanity, a new mirror, and new lighting. The bedrooms are separated by a bathroom for added privacy.

The first bedroom has a floating king bed, a 2" organic topper, and modern pendant lights.

Guest Access

Guests will receive a code to enter upon check-in.

Interaction with Guests

Communication will be either by phone or text.

Other Things to Note

If you're bringing a second car, please park it in the lot or on the street. Any other cars, please park on the street, or you will be towed at your expense :/ Sorry, not my rules.

The electrical box is located in the driveway of unit #4, not our driveway.

The Neighborhood

If you’re familiar with the area, the Kingdom Hall is right next-door. Were also just a block from town so you can walk to coffee, breakfast, restaurants and shopping.

Getting Around

I recommend having at least one car so you can drive to Hersh Castle or the beach. If you are only interested in staying in town, then you can walk everywhere.
