The Space
One of the standout features of this studio is its prime location—just 1.4 miles from the nearest beach, where you can soak up the sun, swim in the turquoise waters, or try your hand at snorkeling or paddle boarding. For those who prefer to keep their toes dry, the beach is perfect for long walks and stunning sunsets.
In addition to the beach, you’ll find supermarkets, convenience stores, and a variety of local shops within a short drive. Stock up on essentials or treat yourself to some souvenirs to remember your trip. The vibrant downtown area of Cabo San Lucas is also nearby, offering a plethora of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Explore the lively markets, enjoy fresh seafood at local restaurants, or dance the night away at popular nightlife spots.
Guest Access
The main gate of our house is immediately followed by a staircase with 12 steps to take you to the second floor where the studio is located
Interaction with Guests
We will be there to help and interact with you if you like. If you prefer to be alone we will respect that.
Other Things to Note
There is not private parking. Guests will need to park their car on a nearby street. While it’s a dirt road, it is safe and well-traveled, ensuring your vehicle is secure during your stay.
The Neighborhood
Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, offering a relaxing atmosphere for your stay. It’s conveniently located near Fresko, Chedraui, and other essential stores, making it easy to access everything you need during your visit.
Getting Around
Uber service has no problem finding our place and the average price to the nearest beach is around $4 usd. We’re just a 10-minute walk from the Ruta del Desierto bus stop as well, which provides easy access to many swimmable beaches. This convenient transportation option makes it simple to explore and enjoy Cabo’s beautiful coastline!
