Brand new condominium. Nice calm clean room. Queen size bed with a private bathroom.

Guest Access

You access the apartment using a digital lock so no keys to worry about. Self check in/out.

Interaction with Guests

Me and my wife we can interact with you as little or as much as you like. We would be happy to show you around if you like, or just point you to some of the best coffee shops or restaurants. Or, if you prefer, we can leave you alone since you check yourself in and out of the condominium with a digital lock.

Other Things to Note

You can park your car around the property just avoid parking on the red line.

The Neighborhood

The neighborhood is a residential and quite area. We have the Metrolink Line but is very quite.

House Rules

1. Check-in is at 3:00pm & check-out is at 11:00am. Only guest that are in the reservation are allowed in, no other friends or family can come in.

2. No burning of candles or incense.

3. Noise curfew. Please try to limit outside time and noise from 10 pm-8 am as this is a residential area.

4. MAIL. No receiving mail or packages except food delivery. Send a picture of the door to the food delivery person to avoid having food be delivered to the wrong door.

5. VIDEO CAMERAS
For your safety and ours, there are surveillance cameras around the exterior of the property capturing all driveways and points of entry into the home. There are no cameras of any type on the interior of the property.
