This 1873 historic home was owned by the jeweler of Lapeer for 4 generations. You will love the original floors just restored in October of 2024. Downtown Lapeer is just walking distance. You will have access to the newly build back deck and you can use our Weber BBQ grill. We are renting out the upstairs only of this historical treasure which has a cozy kitchenette and a dining table for games or meals.
