Rent our modern California home short or long term. The primary bedroom has a king bed, bath w/double sinks, a soaker tub, walk-in shower, and bidet toilet. Entertain in the full kitchen/great room with seating for 12 ppl. There is additional seating on the patio for 6 more. We have a whole house water filter and reverse-osmosis filter for drinking water. The white leather sofa has 3 recliners, and there is also a rocker recliner. Laundry access included. Whole 4 bd/2ba home available July 2025.

Description
The Space
We are located 5 min from the Great Wolf Lodge and various freeways (Interstate 5, State Route 99 and 120 bypass). Our home is just a 1-2 hour drive to many California attractions such as: The Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, Yosemite National Park, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Carmel, Oakland Zoo, and Livermore Valley Wine Trails. The closest airports are: Stockton, Oakland, Sacramento, San Francisco, and San Jose, CA.
Guest Access
As you enter the front door, you will have access to everything except through the hallway to your right. The rental includes access to the laundry room and the backyard/patio. If you need more beds, there is a large sectional sofa that can be used to sleep on and we can provide a queen air bed or twin mattress to put on the floor in the living room for an additional charge.
Interaction with Guests
My sister who is a regular pioneer lives nearby and will be available if you need something.
Other Things to Note
The primary closet and garage are not included. There is a game closet and toybox for guests to use. Amenities, towels, and hair-styling tools are in the left side bathroom drawers.
The Neighborhood
We have excellent neighbors and it is a very safe neighborhood with a new park at the end of the street. 2-3 vehicles will fit in the driveway and there is plenty of street parking.
Getting Around
We also rent our 8-passenger Toyota Highlander on Turo. Let us know if you are interested in renting it and we can edit the price on Turo to give you a JW discount.
