The space
Rosas Tranquility Cottage offers all the amenities you would have as if you never left home. Welcome to our ground floor apartment. Our place is a cozy little haven surrounded by tropical scenery and breathtaking sunset views located minutes away from the beautiful turquoise waters of the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Our space is a well-equipped Two-bedroom apartment with a private back Poarch. Besides breathtaking views of the sunset from the property, you’ll also be just about 10 minutes from the beach.
You can relax in the living room which contains a sofa sitting area, a Smart TV, an Island counter 2 bar stools that offers endless possibilities just to relax at home. We offer a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking utensils a stove a microwave and fridge where you can continue your culinary journey just like you never left home!
When its time to relax and recharge we offer a comfortable 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds to accommodate up to 2 guests per room and a full bathroom with a stand-in shower. The rooms each have a split AC unit for comfort, nightstands, reading lamps, a closet and drawer space for your best outfits, but best of all is our master bedroom which has a large sliding door leading into your own small outdoor sitting area!

- A cleaning fee of $150.00 per stay is required upon booking.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Schedule Cleaning services are available at an extra cost during your stay at a rate of $50.00 per day. Please inform us in advance to secure your reservation for cleaning services.
- Please be aware that there are outdoor cameras at the front of the building facing the front side and gate

It is recommended to rent a small car to get around the Island as we do not have any official public transportation within the Turks and Caicos Islands.

My husband is an Elder in our local congregation and I served as a regular pioneer for 7 years.
