The house is located in the tranquil area of Cape Haze close to Golf courses where you can stroll or bike to you hearts content. We just added a Game Room, a Pool with jacuzzi, Sauna, plus a multi court and Mini Golf (more pictures coming soon)

The Space
It's a 3 bedroom, two and a half bathroom with a big game room downstairs. You'll have access to game amenities such as: Foosball, Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Basketball Hoop, etc; You'll also enjoy our brand new pool with relaxing waterfalls and spa. Additionally you'll be able to enjoy our 11 hole Mini Golf are and Multi-court with Volleyball, Soccer and Badmigton to play as much as you'd like :)
Guest Access
We will provide you with a PIN to unlock the house on your day of arrival. Let us know if you are traveling with an RV and/or Electric Vehicle; we have connections for both upon request.
The Neighborhood
This neighborhood is very quiet and has lots of roads to walk around. We have access to the Marina and the San Pedro Island. (upon request)
Getting Around
You'll be very close to Boca Grande Island (aka Gasparilla Island) where you can enjoy beautiful beaches, nice restaurants and boating (boat ramp is right next to us).
