With us you'd only half an hour away from Tiburtina in a peaceful & beautiful suburb of Rome. We recently renovated & outfitted the apartment with a lovely terrace for our guests to use.

Newly renovated (2025) there's a lovely spacious kitchen & living room in one.
You'll also get to enjoy a bed room & your own private bathroom!
Aditionally we also offer you the use of a private terrace & little bbq area.
Guest Access
You have your own entrance, not shared, accessible by a few stair steps.
Interaction with Guests
We live onsite!
Whilst we respect the privacy of our guests, and ask our brother & sisters to do the same,
we're happy & ready to help if you should need it :)
The Neighborhood
Lovely local neighbourhood with a supermarket, pharmacy, Gelato shop & caffes galore with three local spots. There's also a really good sit down pizza restaurant all in a walkable setting.
By bus or car you can reach the next door town of Tor lupara where there's more places to eat along the main street & supermarkets.
Getting Around
You can reach us by:
- Roma ATAC 337 = red city busses (Pay by credit card)
- Cotral via nometana = blue regional busses (Use Cotral app, BIT2, 1,33€)
04:30am-10pm = (04:30-22:00)
On week days there's busses every 15min, on weekends every 30min.
Make sure to add extra travel time due to traffic.
