Bedroom 1: With a large wall mounted, vented skylight, this tastefully in light earthly tones furnished bedroom has a queen size bed, beside tables, and lamps. Drawer with wall mirror. Wardrobe, drying rack, ironing board and iron.
Bedroom 2: This lovely bedroom has a large double window, 2 x single beds, a lamp and matching coastal style decoration. Wall mirror. Wardrobe storage and a folding bed.
Bathroom with shower: Well-maintained bathroom with spacious overhead shower, wash basin, bidet and WC. The small storage shelf and hairdryer will ensure a pleasant and practical experience.
View from the apartment: A few steps from the ‘Belvedere’ take you to the building, where a double jalousie door takes you to the apartment on the ground floor.

This delightful holiday home, is in an idyllic location overlooking the Gulf of Castellammare.

From the apartment you can easily reach places like Castellammare del Golfo, Scopello, La riserva dello Zingaro, San Vito Lo Capo, Macari, Trapani and the ferries to Favignana, Mondello, Palermo and Cefalù.

The apartment is very clean, and has everything you need if you want to travel with a light suitcase because it is completely furnished (washing machine included).

The Space

Recently renovated, this is a nicely presented 2 bedroom apartment, above the scenic lookout of the coastal village of Balestrate. With bright and spacious living accomodation, simple but tasteful decor, and furnishings, it is the ideal holiday home for couples, smaller families, groups of friends and divers alike.

Guest Access

You will have access to the whole apartment. You're welcome to make yourself at home during your stay.

Interaction with Guests

I like to give guests their privacy, but I am nearby and will be happy to help you throughout your stay, so feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or need recommendations. Just send a message and I'll respond as soon as I can.

Other Things to Note

Located right between Palermo and Trapani, Balestrate is easily reachable from the harbors and airports of these two cities.
It is also an an excellent starting point for various excursions in the area to famous cultural attractions, including the medieval town of Erice, the temple and amphitheater of Segesta, the salt pans (saline) at Marsala, Monreale, Palermo, Castellammare del Golfo, and much more.

The Neighborhood

You'll find great cafes, restaurants and a peaceful atmosphere in a neighbourhood with a relaxed, community feel.

Getting Around

Balestrate's main bus-stop is just a short walk away, offering easy access to Palermo and various other destinations.

Before checkout please ensure all rubbish is in the bins provided and if you remove bed sheets and towels, please place them in a pile on the bed.

If any items in the property are damaged or broken during your stay please let me know as soon as possible.
