The Space
Laundry services are available upon request at no extra charge. However, there is no personal use of washer and dryer at this time. We will perform the services for you.
Guest Access
You will be able to access and utilize the entire house except the basement.
Interaction with Guests
We can assist in any way. We live in the basement of the home and share the entrance of the home.

Before You Leave
1. Place all used towels in the bathroom hamper or shower area.
2. Leave beds unmade (no need to strip sheets).
3. Turn off all lights, AC/heat, fans, and appliances.
4. Close and lock all windows and doors.
5. Ensure you haven’t left anything behind (check outlets, closets, and bathroom).
6. Return keys to the designated spot (or lockbox, if applicable).
7. Send a quick message to confirm checkout when you leave.
