Description
The Space
Thirty five hundred square feet of Southwest style luxury. Two covered porches allow you to enjoy Tucson's outdoor lifestyle, beautiful sunrises, striking sunsets, and alfresco dining. You will enjoy a pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, outdoor fireplace, and putting green. There is even a little hiking trail on the property.
Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home sleeps up to 11 guests. In the primary suite there is a king size bed with an organic mattress, a fireplace and jacuzzi tub. There is also a sitting area with couch and chair. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a bathroom. The fourth bedroom is set up as a massage room and can be converted to a king bed or two twin beds.
There is a movie room with lounge seating and a large projection screen as well as high speed internet, and many books available for your reading enjoyment.
The kitchen is equipped with all the supplies you need, including two ovens and all the spices you need to prepare delicious meals.
A washer & dryer are available for your convenience.
A far-infrared sauna is on site.
We have a bicycle, golf clubs, and a telescope for stargazing.
Guest Access
You will have access to the entire house and three car garage. Electronic locks provide entrance. The code will be provided before your arrival.
We are located in a gated community. You will have a gate code and remote for entry.
Interaction with Guests
We look forward to welcoming our dear brothers & sisters to the enchanting Sonoran desert! We realize that this is your vacation and we will totally respect your privacy while you are here. However, we will be available by phone or text for any questions or needs you may have. If you want to get together, just let us know.
Other Things to Note
Linda is a Licensed Massage Therapist and you can schedule an appointment after your long day on the hiking trails or golf course.
The Neighborhood
This is a beautiful, quiet neighborhood nestled in the NE corner of the Catalina and Rincon mountains. We are five minutes from the foot of Mt. Lemmon, less than 10 miles from Saguaro National Park and Sabino Canyon Recreation Area. Golf courses and hiking trails are minutes away. We are 10 miles from Tucson International airport. Grocery and drug stores are only 2 miles away.
Getting Around
You will need a car to get around. Attached garage accommodates 2 cars.
