We have a modern, clean and stylish 1 bedroom, 1 bath in-law apartment that is available for guests spring through fall. The apartment is completely private and independent from the rest of the house and it has its own private entrance through our garage. The separate sitting/kitchenette has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The bedroom has a king size bed with a new, comfortable mattress. The bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. It is sparkling clean!
