No other homes are adjacent to the back of the property due to a wooded reserve. The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have their own televisions, and the 3rd bedroom has a leather futon that folds open to a twin size bed for sleeping if needed. The 3rd bedroom also has a wall-to-wall desk for computer work if needed.
