Casa de Aves was an amazing place to stay for our vacation. Walking distance from Playa Ocotal and a short drive to Playa Coco. Our host Jennifer was very responsive when we needed to get in touch with her. This unit is brand new and very comfortable for 6 or 7 people. Having our own full bathrooms was an amazing benefit since we were 2 couples and 2 teenagers. It was a great location for a base to stay and within 2 hours there are many excursions to be had. We recommend this Brobnb.

The entire experience with this rental was great. From first contact with owner to the in-person check-in at the property (which was helpful because our GPS via Google Maps took us a little bit out of way and so needed to call to find out where we were going). The house was very clean and roomie for our family of 4. We enjoyed being able to use all the facilities and close proximity to great restaurants. We preferred visiting Playa Hermosa but also enjoyed visiting Rincon & Diamanté Park

We had an amazing time! Family of 6 and had enough space. Perfect spot, close to the beach. Great location for excursions.

Our experience with Jen during the whole rental process was amazing! Her place is spacious and clean. Each room has its own A/C system and each bedroom has access to its own bathroom which is a plus. The kitchen is fully stocked. The pool is big and refreshing. You are walking distance to the beach and to a restaurant named Father Rooster. You can Uber to other nearby restaurants for $6-8 per trip. Jen can set you up with transportation from the Airport and other excursions. No car rental needed
